Hepsia's File Manager allows you to handle the content of your web site with simple point-and-click movements. Right-click contextual menus offer rapid access to different file manipulation options, whereas convenient drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to upload new files from your personal computer in an instant. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to pack and unarchive files effortlessly too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your personal computer. The built-in drag & drop functionality will allow you to easily transfer files between your desktop computer and the web server. Just select the file that you wish to upload from your personal computer and then drag it into your browser window. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your computer. Plus, you can download files and even folders to your hard drive by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager user interface, you can create a new file or folder with only a single click of the mouse. All action buttons are conveniently located above the file/folder list and you can edit your files effortlessly. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, examine the contents of a file or update its permissions, erase a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager interface, you will be able to archive and unarchive all types of files. It works stunningly fast - just select the files you want to pack and click the Compress button. You can even select the archive type (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a specified directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager, you actually do not need any external software tools to modify your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to examine the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually appear online. Besides, you will find an array of in-built file editors, which will give you full command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more advanced users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced users.
